We want you to love your Sausagecat. If you change your mind, UK customers can normally cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, then return the item within a further 14 days.

To start a return, contact us at hello@sausagecat.com with your order number before sending anything back. Items should be returned in their original condition. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled more than is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Once a return is received and checked, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
